      which make them them a little bit powerful
      they are no more afraid of hesh shell's that much so they can shoot more shells !

      Rhm doesn’t need buff unless you are stupid and don’t know how to play it you know that. Also Emil is good minus the mobility

We already know about 2 of then M-VI-YOH ( Tier 10 ) and M-V-YOH ( Tier 9 ) Wargaming had proposed to add the YOH tanks to wot pc in 2013 and dropped it . From this report ,we can guess the tier 7 and 8 tanks but it could be a terrible mistake on my part if i am wrong.
